Introducing Wild Harvested Chaga Mushroom Chunks
Innotech Nutrition’s Wild Harvested Chaga Mushroom Chunks are Organic and Vegan-friendly. This hand picked wild chaga is sustainably harvested from live aging Canadian birch trees. The chaga is preserved in chunks to maintain freshness and can be re-used 3-4 times. Many people use chaga as a natural caffeine-free tea. 3rd Party lab tested for heavy metals and bacteria prior to sale.

Ingredient: Wild Harvested Chaga Mushroom Chunks (Organic Inonotus Obliquus). NPN: 80105593
Source of fungal polysaccharides with immunomodulating properties.

Directions: Let 2-3 chunks simmer in 32 oz (1 litre) of water at 149° F (65° C) for 3-4 hours. Do not boil. Store used chunks in freezer in-between brews. For fast brewing, pour boiling water over 2-3 chunks and let sit for at least 15 minutes. Makes 80 cups of Chaga Tea.

Helpful tip: Save chunks in the refrigerator and reuse up to 3 times. We encourage this practice as wild Chaga is rare and nutrients can be re-extracted multiple times. High quality Chaga will have a slight vanilla taste.
